Phased: Module 1 (e.g. invoicing) live in 6–8 weeks. Subsequent modules every 4–6 weeks. Full ERP (inventory + accounting + HR + production) in 6–9 months. Big-bang launches fail; we always phase.

How do you handle data migration from our existing system?

Migration is a defined sub-project. We extract from your current system (Tally / Excel / custom DB), transform/clean, validate row-by-row with your accountants, run parallel for 30 days, then cut over. No data loss, no downtime.

What if our processes change after launch?

Custom-built means future changes are days, not months. Add a new module, change a workflow, integrate a new vendor — all done in sprints. The flexibility is the whole point of custom.

Will our finance team trust the numbers?
