How long does it take to actually get registered?

India: examination report in 4–8 months, registration in 12–24 months if no objection. We file in week 1 and you get 'TM' rights immediately (the ® symbol comes after registration).

What if my name is already taken?

We run a TM-Search before filing. If there's a conflict, we tell you upfront with options: pivot the name, file in a different class, or oppose the existing mark if it's defensible.

How do I protect the brand internationally?

Madrid Protocol filing (one application covers 100+ countries) — most cost-effective. We assess based on your actual market exposure, not on speculative geographies. Most early-stage brands need India + 2–3 specific markets, not the whole world.

What happens if someone infringes?

We send the cease-and-desist, file the opposition, manage the proceedings. India IP litigation is included in our enforcement retainer (optional). Most disputes resolve at the C&D stage without going to a hearing.
