Service Delivery Policy

Sphyx Digital Private Limited delivers digital services — software, design, marketing, consulting, and managed-services subscriptions. We do not ship physical goods. This policy explains how and when our digital services are delivered.
1. Delivery method
All deliverables are provided electronically, via one or more of:
- Email (to the address you provided at purchase)
- Shared cloud folder (Google Drive / Dropbox)
- Direct deployment to your servers / accounts
- Access credentials for our managed subscriptions
2. Delivery timelines
- Subscriptions (hosting, SEO, social media, WhatsApp automation, etc.) — provisioned within 24 hours of successful payment; access credentials emailed to you.
- Standard packages (logo, brochure, landing page, etc.) — first draft delivered per the timeline shown at purchase (typically 5–10 business days).
- Custom projects — delivered against the milestones defined in the project SOW.
3. Delays
If a delivery is going to be late we will inform you in advance with a revised ETA. Significant delays attributable to us (> 7 days beyond the committed date with no progress) entitle you to a pro-rated refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Customer responsibilities
Timely delivery often depends on inputs from you: brand assets, access credentials, feedback on drafts, etc. Delays caused by missing inputs extend the delivery timeline accordingly and are not eligible for refund.
5. Failed delivery
If you do not receive a deliverable within the committed window, emailinfo@sphyx.inand we will trace and resolve within 1 business day.
6. No physical shipping
We do not ship physical products. No shipping address, courier charges, or import duties apply.
