Will you give me editable source files?

Yes — AI/SVG, PSD, Figma, exported PNG/JPG/PDF at every size and colour mode (RGB + CMYK). Plus a 1-page guideline so any future designer can extend the system without breaking it.

What if the design doesn't print well?

All deliverables are tested in print-ready CMYK at the start. We send physical proofs (business card, brochure sample) before sign-off so you see ink on paper, not just pixels on screen.

Can you redesign just the logo without touching the rest?

Yes. Logo-only engagement starts at ₹15,000 with 3 concepts + 3 revisions. We won't push you to a full identity if you don't need one.

We need this for a launch in 10 days — possible?

A logo + basic identity (colours, typography, 1-page guideline): doable in 7–10 working days with a rush surcharge (~25%). Full identity systems need ~3 weeks minimum to do right.

Razorpay (UPI / cards / net-banking) or Stripe (international cards). GST-compliant invoices on every payment. One-time projects: 40% on kick-off, 30% midway, 30% on delivery. Subscriptions: monthly or annual in advance.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Subscriptions: cancel at the end of the current cycle. One-time projects: see our refund policy — pre-kickoff is 100% refunded, mid-project is pro-rated. We've never made a cancellation hard.
