How do you ensure consistency in voice across many writers?

A single editor owns voice for your account, every piece. Writers can change; the editor and the voice doc don't. You'll work with the same lead throughout the engagement.

What if a piece bombs (low traffic, low engagement)?

Every piece is monitored for 30 days post-publish. Underperformers get a free re-work (new angle, new hook, updated SEO). We don't charge twice for the same brief.

Do you handle distribution or just creation?

Default scope is creation + scheduling. Distribution (email, LinkedIn-from-founder, syndication, paid promotion) is an add-on. We recommend bundling it — content without distribution is just typing.

How much input do I need to give?

Onboarding: ~6 hours over 2 weeks (interviews, asset shares). Ongoing: 1–2 hours per month reviewing the calendar. Bigger involvement = better work, but the floor is low.

Razorpay (UPI / cards / net-banking) or Stripe (international cards). GST-compliant invoices on every payment. One-time projects: 40% on kick-off, 30% midway, 30% on delivery. Subscriptions: monthly or annual in advance.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Subscriptions: cancel at the end of the current cycle. One-time projects: see our refund policy — pre-kickoff is 100% refunded, mid-project is pro-rated. We've never made a cancellation hard.
