Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sphyx Digital Private Limited(“Sphyx”) believes in transparent, fair refunds. This policy applies to all payments made on sphyx.in via our payment partners (Razorpay, Stripe, or others).

Refund terms are specified in the engagement's statement of work. Default is the same as one-time services above unless the SOW says otherwise.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email info@sphyx.in with the subject “Refund request — <your invoice / order ID>”.
  2. Include the reason for the request and any supporting details.
  3. We acknowledge within 1 business day and resolve within 5–7 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service when payment fails, when scope expectations are unmet, when there is suspected fraud, or when the engagement contravenes our acceptable-use policies. In such cases, unused fees will be refunded.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. A chargeback raised without a prior refund request may result in account suspension and recovery actions.

6. Disputes

Disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
