By using sphyx.in, engaging Sphyx Digital Private Limited for services, or signing up for any of our managed offerings, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are documented in a written proposal or statement-of-work. Those terms govern the engagement; these Terms govern your general use of our website.

2. Payment

Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a 1.5%/month finance charge.

3. Intellectual Property

Work-product specifically created for a client is assigned to the client upon final payment. Pre-existing IP and reusable components remain Sphyx's property.

4. Confidentiality

We treat your business data as confidential by default. We'll sign a separate NDA on request.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sphyx's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
