About the role
We're hiring a Sales & Business Development Executive to grow revenue for our SaaS and software products. You'll own the full sales cycle — from finding the right prospects to closing them — selling modern tools to businesses across India. Work from anywhere in the country, with travel when it helps you win. Compensation is a fixed salary plus uncapped performance incentives.
What you'll do
- Identify, prospect and qualify leads for our SaaS and software tools across India
- Run the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation and close
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM with accurate forecasting
- Understand customer pain points and map them to the right product and plan
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue and activity targets
- Travel to meet prospects, attend events and build relationships when needed
- Share market and competitor feedback to sharpen positioning and offers
What we're looking for
- 1–4 years in sales or business development, ideally SaaS, software or IT services
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Comfort with CRM tools, outreach cadences and consultative selling
- Self-driven, target-oriented and willing to travel across India
- Bonus: an existing network among SMBs, startups or technology buyers
