About the role
We're looking for a Content Strategist to own how SPHYX shows up in words — across our brands and our clients'. You'll set the strategy, run the calendar and write the copy that turns readers into customers. This is a full-time, work-from-home role with real ownership from day one.
What you'll do
- Build and own the content calendar across blog, social, email and landing pages
- Turn brand and campaign goals into clear, conversion-focused content briefs
- Write and edit long- and short-form copy: articles, case studies, web pages, ad and social copy
- Run SEO research (keywords, intent, on-page) and shape content to rank and convert
- Partner with design and performance teams to ship campaigns and measure impact
- Track content performance and iterate on what drives traffic, leads and engagement
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in content strategy, content marketing or editorial roles
- Excellent written English with a portfolio of published work
- Working knowledge of SEO, analytics (GA4 / Search Console) and content tools
- Able to plan independently and hit deadlines in a remote team
- Bonus: experience with B2B / SaaS, agencies or performance marketing
